We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Depending on your location, we use reliable nationwide delivery networks for both standard and local delivery.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays or public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier route.

Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 199, applied at checkout. However, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1999, the discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart qualifies.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame

We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, or protective layers intact. If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a return.

2. Condition for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • Arrived damaged, faulty, or defective
  • Was significantly different from what was shown or described
  • Is the wrong item delivered
    Minor scratches, color variation due to lighting, or packaging dents are not considered valid reasons for return unless the product’s function is affected.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows clear signs of use or is returned incomplete (e.g., missing accessories or original packaging).

3. Return Process Instructions

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at maanriaz0325@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Once approved, pack the product securely and send it to our provided return address
  • Use a reliable courier service for sending it back (customer bears return cost unless it’s our fault)
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

4. Exchange Policy

If the product is in stock, we can offer an exchange for a different size, color, or the same item (depending on the case). If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a full refund (excluding delivery cost).

Note: Exchanges are valid only once per order and must meet the same return conditions.

5. Refund Timeline & Method

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, as per your preference
  • We’ll contact you to confirm refund details
    Delays may occur if incomplete information is shared or during bank holidays.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Return shipping is also paid by the customer unless agreed otherwise during the support conversation.
